About this event

Social media was always about connecting humans together, so what happened? How did we get here? And what should we do about it?

Join Jenny and Greg Swan for an interactive and live recording of The Cave Project, where they will dive into "A Modern Paradox: Putting Humans Back in Social Media." This session will explore the overwhelming power of technology, the social media dilemma and its impact on our daily lives, and how we can reclaim our digital spaces with a human-centric approach.

Expect a blend of insights, personal anecdotes, and practical advice on navigating the social media landscape of 2024 responsibly, proactively, and with a little fun, too. Bring your own thoughts and stories to engage directly with the hosts through live Q&A and audience interaction, too.

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a movement towards a more mindful and humane digital future.

Let’s work it out. Together. Over bacon. Finally.

About Our Podcasters
Jenny Swan is known for her unique insight into what makes people tick, a ferocious love of humans, and screaming cuss words so loud at Vikings football games that the ushers put her on a watch list. She works during the day in finance, but has a degree in psychology.

Greg Swan is a lifelong storyteller and marketer with a passion for technology and impacting culture. He’s known for pushing the boundaries of what’s next while staying grounded in what’s now. And fax machines. Man, that guy loves fax machines in a really earnest way.

Together they have three kids, a smart home from the future, and a sense of techno-optimism with a “let’s figure it out” perspective on the world, emerging technology, and navigating the nature of our changing culture.

Oh, and they don’t always agree. In fact, that’s part of the deal. These two have made LOTS of mistakes, don’t always have it right, and yet there’s a lot that seems to be working pretty goddamn well.

Jenny and Greg don’t believe technology is neutral. They believe the future can be better than the past. And The Cave Project is an exploration of uncovering new ideas, stretching, growing, challenging, and inspiring each other out of that mindset.

Sound like your thing? Cool. Us too.
